Like all Maine schools, Bucksport
High School enjoys a very low dropout
rate, and has a large percentage of
students going on to higher education.
Bucksport High School graduates are
regularly accepted to some of the
most prestigious colleges and universities
in the country, including Bowdoin
College, Massachusetts Institute of
Technology, Harvard University, and
Dartmouth.
With
a new science and technology addition
to the high school and groundbreaking
for a new middle school, the future
